“solid value for NY stay”
I stayed in the Premier, which is adjacent to the Hudson theater. It is run by the Millennium and they share services. I did not see what the rooms looked like in the Millennium. My room in the Premier was on one of the top floors. Both the room and bathroom were spacious, modern and clean. The few drawbacks were that the internet connection was slow and through a cable. Some of the towels were tattered. The TV wasn't in HD, although it was a flatscreen. There was also an odd interruption on some of the channels were the audio would go out on a consistent basis. It is an old building with a good facelift, but some things, like the elevators, need to be replaced. Many guests also had issues with room key cards. The staff was friendly; I'd use again if the price is right.
“Very good hotel”
Very comfortable and great location just off of time square
“Great Location...but”
The hotel is located right next to Times Square and within walking distance of many things to do and see including Broadway. My room had bobby pins, paper on the floor that were not mine and were there 5 days later when I left. The lounge downstairs served a beer in a glass with lipstick on the rim and I was not wearing any. Our television's sound was broken. After 3 phone calls for service they came and told us that was as loud as it goes. They had been there the day before and never offered us a new room or tv. The day before that, they never responded to our service request. Had a toilet that you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop running. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful.
“Time square”
Bathroom had mold on the shower tiles.
“Friendly staff”
The hotel location was great, close to many things we wanted to see. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful to point out places to eat. Our safe would not open to store our belongings and someone came up right away to fix it. My only complaint was that they charged us for a couple of items from the mini bar because we put a leftover slice of pizza in it. We had to move 2 cans of soda to fit it in and housekeeping removed the pizza slice and returned the cans and had them charged to our bill. The front desk removed the items from the bill but it was a bit ridiculous. I would stay there again.
“Decent but forgettable”
Decent but fixtures are warn
“"Great Hotel, great location"”
Friendly welcome from staff who were also very helpful throughout stay. Great location for Central Park, Broadway, 5th Avenue & the hop on- hop off city sights NY bus service was very good value for money. Comfortable, clean room with a great view. Just 1 moan & that is that the gym could have been bigger for the size of the hotel as we had to wait to go in on 2 occasions. Would recommend hotel & stay again if we return.
“Okay”
Hotel has a clean beautiful entrance and lobby. Employees very friendly. Room was small, sheets were not changed during our stay. Didn't care for stains on the comforter. There was no hair blower in bathroom and no coffee pot available in room - which is an absolute must!! No remote for the TV! There were only two washclothes available with four bath towels. Also two very small pillows for each bed. Huge draft in window. On bill we were charged for two water bottles from fridge saying that the fridg was sensored if touched. We bought our waters outside of the hotels. They were very good about not charging at desk when I complained. Don't know if we'd come back to the Millenium. Might seek other hotel next time.
“super location, tired hotel”
Right in the heart of Manhatten, next to Times Square. Initial room was dirty and needing maintenance (wardrobe door falling off and taped up). Requested a better room and moved to a higher floor (above 26). Room was much better clean and no smell, very comfortable.
“Excellent Times Square Location”
Excellent location, pricey, but that is the going rate for this area.
