“Gracious staff, great location in Nagoya”

We stayed here for 10 days while my husband attended the Copp 10 conference. The staff were lovely, the room comfortable and clean and the breakfast offered Japanese and Western selections. There was even a Starbucks in the lobby!

“Good hotel but maybe not for the price”

I stayed at Hotel Precede in a very busy national holiday period. Check in was normal and the hotel is in very good condition. We were put in a non-smoking room which, to be honest was quite small for the price. The bathroom was a good size(compared to other Japanese hotels), but the room was a little bit small considering other hotels I have stayed at for a cheaper price. However the location is fantastic, just a 5-10 minute walk to down town Sakae, and plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and didn't smell like smoke at all.

Area recommendations
We only stayed in Sakae, but be sure to check out Yama-chans which is few minutes from the hotel, and maybe Yabotons for the misokatsu.

“4 Sterne = weit daneben”

Ich war im Juni 2011 aufgrund der guten Rezensionen im Hotel. Also um es gleich klarzustellen, dass ist kein 4-Sternestandard. Das Hotel/Zimmer ist renovierungsbedüftig, der Teppichboden ist altersbedingt verschmutzt, das Mobiliar veraltet mit sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren und der kalte Zigarettenrauch schwebt in der Luft, obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht hatte. Bestenfalls sind hier 2,5 Sterne angemessen. Ansonsten Service sehr freundlich, Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls o.k. Zimmer wie gewohnt klein, keinesfalls eines 4-Sternestandards angemessen. Fazit : es gibt bessere 3 Sternehotels

“とても静かなお部屋でした”

遠距離恋愛の彼とゆっくり過ごすためなので、とにかく静かなお部屋を口コミで探しました。 値段や設備が魅力的でも、レビューを見るとどうしても「隣室や廊下がうるさい」 というところばかりで半ば諦めかけていたところ、ようやくここを探し当てました。 オフシーズンだったせいか、一番端の部屋にしていただけて不快な声も音も聞こえず ベッドや枕も非常に使い心地が良くて大満足です。 ダブルのお部屋で、正直そんなに新しくはなく広さもないんですが 清潔でシックで、のんびり過ごせました。 1月ということで乾燥も気になったのですが、ちゃんと加湿器もあります。 1Fにはスタバ、近隣にはコンビニもあり、地下鉄の駅からもさほど歩きませんでした。 次に来るときは、是非またここを利用したいと思っています。
