The density of insects (ants, flies, cockroaches, beetles, etc) in the room was unacceptable. And your staff don’t seem to care AT ALL, which is perhaps the greatest source of disappointed. If you’re over capacity, and truly unable to accommodate a guest, then offer them a refund. I did find a suitable room elsewhere, and when they heard about my terrible experience at Playa Esperanza, they offered me a free upgrade. They clearly understood the importance of good service, and they have earned all of my future business. I hope for your sake that your management take some steps in the right direction for the health and safety of your guests."
