We were treated like 2nd class guests! Reserved a Standard room on Expedia.com and got a rooftop room (#704) that had half a ceiling and looked nothing like advertised on Expedia.com. The first day we asked for more bottled water and coffee for our room (Free-according to advertisement) and were told we only have 1 free bottled water and coffee (4 pods) daily included in our room price. We were directed by a wave of a hand to the vending machine in the lobby if we wanted more. The following morning we went to the bar area and asked if the breakfast was included with our room (we knew it wasn't by the advertisement but asked anyway so we could at least pay the 21 Euro (as advertised) but we were not asked if we wanted to stay and pay for breakfast, instead we were told, "I am sorry your room doesn't include breakfast. We were offered a coupon by Expedia for our troubles but, was told it's for King's Hotels (Europe only) only, which is useless to us because we live in the USA. I will try to contact King's Hotel First directly, but it's not easy (there's a 9 hr. difference in time zone).
