The location was great because of the two minute walk to the Metro station. The unit was great because of the space, comfy bed, shower and kitchen. Overall the unit was very clean, but some corners and harder to reach areas were a bit dusty.

Will not return...
Loft is nice but need a good paint job. Garbage bins sit in the main entrance lobby, smelly. Sofa is stained by human fluids, needs a full cleanup. Communication is mainly in english, they "forget" they live in a province that the FIRST language is french. Parking fee not included...

Gorgeous space near Atwater Market
Beautiful, large space with high ceilings, and skylights, enormous bathroom with a very fancy shower and deep soaking tub, great neighborhood near the canal and the metro. A nice kitchen but no pots and pans or chopping board (please add!), a nice work desk that would be improved with a task light and extension cord.

The parking situation was a bit confusing at first, but we were able to figure it out. The room was very spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of clean towels and a comfortable couch!
