"This is the second time I’ve come to Brighton and booked at Staybridge. It’s conveniently located next the train station from Gatwick airport and steps away from the North Lanes. We even enjoy the pool table downstairs for a bit of fun. It’s clean and modern and it seems the breakfast buffet has been improved even since last year."

"This was our first visit to The Grand and we were very pleasantly surprised, especially by the excellent service. From our first encounter, being greeted as we pulled up in front of the hotel, to the farewell as we pulled away at the end of our stay, everyone was friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. They even went the extra mile to ensure the old car we were traveling in was kept safe and secure. The room itself was very pleasant. We had booked their most basic room as the hotel was full but it was still very nice. We had pre-booked dinner elsewhere but did visit the bar for a drink on returning after dinner and the staff there were great. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room it was served in very elegant. Overall, we were very impressed and will most likely look for an opportunity (or even an excuse) to return for another, longer stay at The Grand. "

"Absolutely amazing staff. I stayed with my toddler and the staff couldn’t have done anymore. Barry on reception was incredible and made us feel so welcome and my son couldn’t get downstairs quick enough to see him. James was also extremely helpful and again a hit with a very active toddler. Will definitely be staying again!!"
