“Beware: Smiles with hidden charges”

Overall the service was good but I wasn`t told until the day of check out that all calls from my room (locals and 1800 numbers with calling card) had a fee. So, be careful since your stay can become pretty expensive. Also, the hotel only works with white cabs which fee double the fee of any other type of taxi/cab. And at the front desk they tell you that they cannot help you if you want them to call a green cab or an airport cab (from another company). And, if you call from your room...you will be charged! My advice is take a taxi with meter and not the hotel ones which have a fixed rate that doubles the charges. Besides these issues, the area is OK and the hotel is clean and up to a three stars hotel by US standards.

“Good hotel, too noisy”

Service was great, as well as location. Problems are the busy streets (too noisy) and a noisy problem with the elevator it sounded to the room all night long.

“Comfort in a perfect location”

Great location. Right on the edge of Downtown Monterrey. Comfortable. Beautiful pool and gym facilities. Great breakfast buffet and several restaurants within walking distance. Don't forget the Metro a couple blocks aaway that will take you to different parts of the Metropolis. Or, just relax in your room and enjoy the view.
