Very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the hotel staff did a great job keeping everything nice and clean and always provided us with towels, soap and toilet paper without giving us a hard time or with attitude. My only complaint is the beds could be a queen size, but they are comfortable though. The hotel could use some updating as well. But if you are on a budget, this place is perfect. "

One of the lifts wasn’t working, no signage to explain when it will be fixed, but meant overflow use of the service lift. Bring ear plugs due to noise from neighbouring rooms. Also disappointingly, there was lots of smoking which also came into our room. "
