"Parking was good, A/C worked fine, but was noisy. No amenities such as continental breakfast, but there is an IHop right next door. No pool, no workout room. Signs in the rooms speak of conserving water, but the tub in our room and the room next door both dripped constantly. Two elevators by check in, but one was broke the 3 nights we stayed there. If you're not okay with lots of street noise, this would not be the place for you. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean. There's a great ice cream place called Charlie's Ice Cream about 1 mile away. Highly recommend Charlie's. "

"I booked 2 rooms and due to the bad weather wanted to check out 1 day earlier on one of the rooms. Went to the hotel lobby to take care of it and was told I had to contact Expedia since I had booked and paid thru Expedia. I called and spoke to a representative that first told me I had to go thru the hotel but than asked me to stay on hold and he said he spoke to someone in the hotel and said it was all set. When I checked out of one of my rooms today and back to to the front desk to confirm it and they had. O records of it. So it look like I did pay for a room that I didn’t even used"
