"The rooms were clean, but the linens could have been fresher, and the washcloths looked quite worn. The room also felt a little stuffy, and the lighting was not the best. I cannot comment on the pool since we didn’t use it. Other than that, the breakfast was good, the staff was great, and the valet service was excellent."

"The staff were pretty friendly. The check in process was easy as well as the check out process. The stay wasn’t that bad until the last day the room was right behind the utility room and that morning (it was a Sunday) the staff cleaned and the dryers banged up against the walls really hard and there was a screeching noise as well. We didn’t have a microwave so we had to ask for one. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again."

"This is a very nice hotel. Excellent pool, indoor/outdoor bar, location, and rooms are cosmetic surgery immaculate. The issue is this place is noisy, music obnoxious-level blaring from 10am-11pm. If you are in building 2 it sucks; feels more like a nightclub than hotel. We love south beach but the hotel should offer some respite from the nonstop street and restaurant noise. Long story short this is the right hotel if you want to sleep in a disco but not the right one if you want some quiet..."

"Perfect attentions. Nice upgrade since they didn’t have a king room , they gave us a handicapped room. Then the manager upgraded us, to a residence room."
