"We had an amazing time at the house. The facility's are fabulous, eith everything you would need for a short or long stay. Janet and Chris have thought if everything. "Another great week watching the wildlife, family of wild pigs wandering about the lake edge and a good chat to the fish farm worker as to how things worked. Would recommend this his site to anyone who loves nature. Great little restaurant in St Micheal de Brenne for a lunch time meal as well."

"I wish we had longer to stay. The Château has been renovated with all the modern comforts you need. Lovely bedrooms, big bathrooms and beautiful views across the countryside. Steven is also a friendly and welcoming host who makes the best English tea, his own jams and bakes pastries daily. Nearby towns (10 mins drive) have excellent restaurants also if you want to venture away for a meal, incl a Michelin starred. "

"Booked to stay over night as passing through, check in was through an electronic device so no actual person in reception, check in was fine and easy to do, in going into the room we were shocked at how small it was, the bathroom is very similar to what you get on a boat crossing ferry, no plug sockets in room to charge phones etc so bare this in mind if you are needing to recharge, room was clean, we decided to not stay the night due to facilities available and booked elsewhere "
