We stopped off here en route from Dordogne to Calais. Don't know why some others say it's not near town - it's a 5 minute walk from Place de la Resistance - and we had a toddler with us! Super-easy parking, lovely staff, room big (we had one of the split level duplexes - was actually very reasonable in price too). Very clean, very comfortable, would definitely stay here again or recommend to others. I've stayed in enough "character" hotels to know that this was a breath of fresh air. Blois nice too - my favourite Loire town. Bit more cosmopolitan than some of the others.
Exceeded our expectations! I would normally avoid chain hotels but this one changed my entire perspective. Mainly thanks to the gorgeous clerk who welcomed us like a true tourism ambassador ( first in 10 days in France). She was delightful not to mention beautiful (my husband liked her A LOT). She made us feel like VIP. Blois is a lovely town. We were easy walking distance to everything. There was a lovely patisserie a few doors down.
Great location within walking distance of Blois Chateau, helpful staff, laundry room available, and for the price you have a refrig, micro, stove, dishes/pans/utensils/table/chairs... incredible value.

Hotel easy to find with GPS and great parking. Kind welcome at check-in. Room is basic and small. Quite humide as it is on the ground level with door access directly outside. Explains why we saw 2-3 ants on the floor. With the car, we drove downtown in 5 minutes. Great WIFI. The extra breakfast seems great, but we slept in, it is convenient still as the hotel is near a office park areas with only some big chains near by. Nothing by foot. Staff are kind helpful. Great affordable solution to stay in Blois. Easy to get in and out to the highway. Great for one night stop on a car trip.
The hotel is in a good location across the street from the train station. Renovated rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. A breakfast is available but is rather pricey for what you get - 15 euros for fruit, coffee, yoghurt, cereal and pastries. There is a bakery next door that is better. Parking can be expensive. All that said, Blois was a dirty and smelly place, I did not enjoy being there. There are much better places to stay in the Loire. We only stayed one night and that was too long for me..
