“Nice but rather expensive”

Everything was great but considering that Taurmina is the real attraction there I am not sure I understand the high prices in this city which is 10 min from Tuarmina. In addition our room had a "balcony" which was actually a door to the front of the hotel and the street.

“Sehr gepflegtes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und superfreundlich!”

Das Hotel kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet und vor allem bestens gepflegt und sauber. Das gilt auch für den Rest der Hotelanlage. Das Zentrum von Giardini Naxos kann zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten bequem erreicht werden. Man kann aber auch in einem der zahlreichen Restaurants direkt in Hotelnähe gut bleiben. Es gibt einen schönen Strand in ca. 4-5 Gehminuten. Keine 100 Meter von dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man zahlreiche Ziele mit komfortablen Überlandbussen erreichen kann (Taormina, Catania, Flughafen Catania, Messina und einige mehr). Die Busse fahren zwar nicht sehr häufig, sind aber in der Regel sehr pünktlich und zuverlässig. Giardini Naxos selbst ist ein schöner Badeort, der für einen Badeurlaub alles bereit hält. Für Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel ist es ein perfekter Ausgangsort, wenn man eine Mischung aus Strandurlaub und Ausflügen möchte. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub, in einem super Hotel!

Area recommendations
Ein Ausflug nach Taormina und möglichst gleich weiter bis Castelmola ist Pflicht.

“Acceuil et nourriture soignés”

Pour les + : Personnel très acceuillant (au moins hors saison). Nourriture très bonne (surtout le soir spécialités Siciliennes). Pour les - : Horaires de piscine un peu trop restreinte Chambre mal conçue Le prix est un peu au dessus de ce qu'il devrait pour un hotel qui donne tout de même dans l'ensemble une bonne prestation. Attention au parking qui est en fait un garage très limité en nombre de place et payant.
