"Check in was easy, the staff member on the desk was courteous and professional. Our family room was generous in size, clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We were in the area to visit friends. Not sure we would come to the area otherwise as its probably a bit far from the city centre to be used as a base for going in. But, for us, we will definitely book to stay again for our future visits."

"First stay here for a party in Brighouse. Superb welcome from staff on arrival and shown to our room. Accommodation is across the road from the pub and events so nice and quiet and a great space at the front of the building for a evening drink. Very interesting range of ales and other drinks in the pub and an excellent breakfast. The food at the hotel is very nice and very well priced and the real ales are superb. Although they don’t do breakfast there are plenty of places to get breakfast, we used Ye Old Nags Head and for £10.95 it was value for money. "The staff and owners of the pub were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay good. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pub is situated in a small village and there is road noise but it’s quiet at night. It’s an incredibly old building so obviously not going to be modern and sparkling new. A nice stay "
