"Expansive resort with multiple pool areas and ample amenities. Well staffed, dedicated to keep the facility extra clean and orderly. Staff was well trained and professional. Will visit this resort again in the future. One thing not so great was quality of food. They don't use quality meat for their food. But for someone who is particular about what they eat there are healthy and quality options such as vegetables and salads and breakfast items that are amply available. Overall, I would recommend it and will visit this resort again in the future. "

"Very nice and professional staff. Large , clean room with marina view. Good variety of food plus access via shuttle to the other Cid hotels' restaurants. Private beach is 5 min. away by water taxi. Parking on the premises"

"I loved this hotel. The staff were awesome and the location was ideal for me. It is in the golden zone between the marina and the historic centro which make is a great place to start an excursion in either direction. With the many cheap transportation options all attractions are 10-15 minutes away. The only potential issue that some visitors may experience is the noise, particularly in rooms that have door which face the street. "

"Great location right on the beach, great staff. Lots of great dining options in the area. Local bus out front. Beach can get noisy at times, but quite at night. They seem to loose everyones reservation so be prepared to take extra long at checkin. There is no WIFI as advertised. Its only a hotspot from a cell phone by the front desk only. No wifi anywhere else. Hotel needs a major renovation, looks like the rooms haven't been updated since the 80's."
