"Hosts are very welcoming, the property has everything you need and is very comfortable. The only negative for us was that it was too far from the centre of falmouth. Alrhough an easy route it is down a very steep hill."

"The accommodation was clean and tidy. Well maintained and had everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. "We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"Everything we needed for a lovely week, wonderful walks to The Lizard along cliff path. We drove every day to Helston to pick up a newspaper & provisions. The minor downside is the narrow roads but we only had to back up once all week. We have rebooked again for next year. Fresh air, excellent outlook, no traffic & very private. Cadgwith a short walk along cliff path. Very quite & peaceful."

"My husband and i have never stayed in a place like this. The place was in the back garden but it was a WOW the place was beautifully clean, they had towels, shower gel which i had forgotten. The host was lovely and friendly to. It's a lovely walk to town. If you struggle walking the taxis are only about £4 one way. I found that very good."

"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"
