"We had an amazing stay. The apartment was situated in an excellent location, not far to walk to the harbour or the beach. absolutely immaculate. "Wir waren 10 Tage auf Kos und haben den Aufenthalt im dem Apartment sehr genossen. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist neu und sehr sauber. Super war auch, dass wir für unseren Mietwagen einen Parkplatz nutzen konnten und überhaupt die ganze Kommunikation sehr gut war. Das Apartment liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum und vom Stadtstrand. Es gibt eine große Terrasse im 2.Stock. Allerdings ist da relativ viel Verkehr und recht laut zum Draußen sitzen. Uns hat es nicht gestört und konnten das Ausblenden."

"The location of the apartment is great, it is serene as it is just outside of the village but easily reachable. Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed and great terrace to relax on in the evening. Our hosts Franesco and Elisa were very helpful and provided us with lost of info and tips and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience and we really suggest this place!"

"Property perfectly sited in heart of Mastichari. Welcome at airport by Michael and son. No criticism whatsoever as they made us feel welcome. Problem is with the local authorities who for many years have allowed the area around the pier to smell strongly of raw sewage. I feel very sorry for owners such as Michael who, try their best but seem to be hampered by a local authority who do not care."
