"The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. "Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"

"This property is excellent fresh modern reasonable and a brilliant view . It’s close enough to everything but you feel like you are the better side of Scarborough. Local dining at the Hideout Bar excellent food and breakfast just a 5 min walk away . Good for the open air theatre cricket club and peasholme park . "The property was really clean and spacious. The facilities in the property were excellent. There were a few minor issues, extractor fan in bathroom not working, stitching on the sofa which i reported, but apart from that it was a safe, quiet area and definately worth staying in the property."

"A very smart apartment in an historic mill. Beds were comfortable. The tv signal was poor but streaming apps were better. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances. Sofa was a little small but the rocking chair was a nice addition. The grassy area across the car park was great to exercise the dog. "We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a balcony overlooking the North Bay. We had good recommendations from the staff on reception and nothing was too much trouble. The only confusion was the booking process. I assumed we had paid on booking but when we arrived were told it was still to pay for. I think this needs to be made clearer on Vrbo website booking confirmation."

We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg.
