“Good hotel in Krefeld”

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and teenage son whilst visiting the local area. The Hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming and helpfull especially as my German is very limited. The room was fine but a bit cramped with the extra bed in. Restaurant and bar were very quiet and prices were high but the exchange rate is not good at the moment. Overall the stay was good but did not realise there was a charge for parking.

“A well kept modern style hotel”

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. It is located about 15 minute's walk from the city centre and the tram stop is about 50 meters away. It is fronted by a mature park area and lies back from the main street. The surrounding area is a well maintained residential area and is very quiet. The hotel offers the kind of service you would expect of a 4-star establishment. It is spotlessly clean, with a old-fashioned level of service at breakfast which included freshly brewed coffee. Parking cost extra per night, but underground secure parking is available if you need it. We were quite happy to park in the open.

Area recommendations
We visited the Christmas Market which had just opened. This is right in the city centre.

“Gerne wieder”

Großzügig, sehr freundlicher Service, gutes Restaurant, Frühstück etwas teuer, wenn man nur einen Kaffe und ein Croissant braucht...
