"The cottage is within a short walk of the sea, the beach is accessible via a steep path after approximately ten minutes. There is a bench to sit on and admire the view of the sea if you don’t fancy the steep path. The cottage itself was spacious, 3 nice bedrooms with the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a long time. A decent bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and wc. There is also a separate room with a stand alone shower cubicle. The kitchen supplies were brilliant with plenty of crockery provided. A dishwasher (that we didn’t use) and a good cooker that we did use. There is no washing machine, which if staying longer we would’ve preferred to the dish washer. The outside space was good for the dogs to run about in and the area was very quiet. The smart tv provided us with plenty of choice to watch programmes in the evening. We brought two cars and there was ample parking for them. Overall it was a great place for us all to stay and would happily stay there again."

"Perfect location for a long weekend, everything on hand in the chalet, contact with owners was very good along with the instructions The only request would be to have a mattress topper or a thicker mattress on the double bed, apart from that no problem with anything, clean, bright and very good value for money"

"Good but in cold or rainy weather gets damp inside. Only one heater. But comfortable and tidy. Close to beach, would stay again but maybe in earlier months."

"Very nice bungalow, fully enclosed high fence garden.which was important for us as we have a dog. Great space inside and shops were only a 2 min walk away. Beach is also close can’t recommend this place enough"

"We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this property. Collecting the key was easy, good off-street parking. The house was perfect and had everything we (4 adults) needed. The kitchen was superbly equipped with a great welcome pack of wine, crisps & sweets which was much appreciated. Cooking facilities and fridge, dishwasher etc. were really good. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable with loads of hangers & storage. Bathrooms very good. Living room really nice, with recliner sofas. 4 large smart TVs in the house with latest apps and catch up services. Everything in the house was high quality. A big bonus was all the games. The garage had a pool table, table tennis, darts & air hockey & was well stocked with balls, chalks, cues, bats and darts. In the house were loads of video games which children would have really liked. Hemsby is a really good base. It has 2 pubs, a Co-Op and is about a half an hour walk to Hemsby beach, where you can walk for miles on the nice solid sand. Trips out were to Martham for half day boating on the Broads (a must!), Hemsby Beach, Lowestoft (just to be the furthest East people in the UK!), Oulton Broad, Blakeney (lovely coastal walk), Norwich, Sheringham and Sheringham Park (tiring climb for awesome views), Potter Heigham (for shops and lunch) and Barton Broad Boardwalk. Admittedly the superb unbroken sunshine for the whole week did help too!! We had a really great week in Norfolk and would definitely go back to this property."
