"The owners do not understand English. And they had no idea that we reserved their room. We were locked out of door. We are lucky to met a couple who can speak Spanish and English both and help us to call the owner. Then the owner come. Anyway, the room is OK, but the parking is difficult."

"Nice apartment with lovely sunny balcony (with sunshade) overlooking pool and beautiful garden. Garden is really lovely with lots of cats to spot, also birds doves etc. Pool good but cool - good to relax around. WiFi was good, TV with some English news channels. Good range of cookery utensils but only stovetop no oven or microwave. Bed comfortable and slept very well. The apartments are about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Llanos, which has plenty of friendly bars and some restaurants....

"We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a wonderful place to relax and forget the hassle and bustle of the city. We couldn't believe how quite it is. The cave is very cosy and comfortable and has everything you need. We felt very much at home. Grit, our host was very helpful and easy going. It's a great base for trips and hikes, but you definitely need a car. The steep road down to the property is a bit of an adventure, but you get used to it."

"The new solar panels and solar water heating did not get enough time in the sun to provide hot water and power/heating for winter. The house was very cold, our breath steamed in the mornings. In the evening the inside temperature was frequently only 12C with the heater on. It was also damp, with water running down the inside of the windows every morning and the interior of cupboards smelled musty. Great hotel
"Excellent value for money in a lovely setting, the half board buffet was good quality. All staff were friendly. I stayed after getting off a cruise and was allowed access to my room at 10am, this was really appreciated. Would definitely return to the hotel. It is beside a beautiful beach and lovely coastal walk."
