We were celebrating a 60th birthday and 60th anniversary, there was plenty of room for all 13 family members inside the property and we enjoyed the outside space using all the facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms/bedding/towels all lovely and clean. We would recommend a stay at this property."

Location is central to a number of tourist attractions, Lytham, Pendle, Blackpool. Not far from the M6 so easily accessible."

"This property is located part way down a steep single lane farm track lane. Directions to the property were excellent and clear and the owner responded promptly to all my questions before our arrival. We were able to enjoy lovely views from the property ,and on the whole, the property met our expectations. We would stay here again ."

"We booked lavender cottage for 2 nights whist visiting family. We are a family for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication with the owner was brilliant, he was very helpful. Cottage was lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a heads up if you have very young children or mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking again sometime. Thanks for everything."
