"When we arrived we wàs informed that the lift was out of order, the receptionist ( owner i think) was really helpful and shown us two different rooms to change to.the continental breakfast was free ,which was lovely. The hotel was in a great location for all the bars etc, shame about the street, lot of hotels abandoned but having said that well worth the money at the arncliffe and would definitely return. "

"The owner opened the door for me and she knew my name ! Couldn’t do more for me I felt I had everything I needed ! The breakfast was superb just enough food to satisfy me and it was very tasty abs freshly cooked ! It’s perfectly located for the town centre. Just one let down was I couldn’t find any other plugs apart from the one next to the kettle and the tv was in a strange place (guess that’s a personal preference tho) Apart from that I had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking in...

"Perfect place to stay with adults, teenager and a pug. Situated in a very central spot close to shops, beach, beautiful park, amusements and dog friendly eateries. Accommodation perfect for our needs, lovely and clean, spacious and absolutely dog friendly. Breakfast was ideal, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, etc…. Something for everyone. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back next time we visit St Anne’s. Thankyou for making it so special for us . "

"Second stay here in the space of 10 days for business. Both stays were excellent, from check in to leaving, I have no criticisms that can be put down to the hotel or the staff. Yes, on last nights stay I had a family (I think) in the room above me who seemed to just be clomping around constantly until about 1030 pm - that’s not the fault of the hotel though, it’s down to consideration for others. Friendly staff (Sue is lovely), clean comfortable rooms and great food. I’ll definitely be back "

"Room was basic but just what i needed there no house keeping at hotel but to be fair i found this to be better you dont get disturbed lift in hotel very small and i need to use moobility scoota shadab would always stop what he was doing and helped me take it up in lift he was a god send nothing was to mutch bother for him really frendly as well the doirs to get mobility scoota out could be bit tricky as they were always closed but staff would help with this aswell "

"We arrived a bit earlier than we needed to but we wanted to ensure we got one of the 5 spaces. We were greeted by George who was very friendly and accommodating. He helped massively with the parking and showed us to our room which was absolutely lovely inside. Everything we could need. My only minor issue with my stay was that because the car park is small you hand your keys to george or martin ... which is fine if they need to move my car with it being a very small car park. "Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again."

"Stayed here new year and new year day with my husband and this was fine hotel, you get what you pay for, how can anyone complain is beyond me for 13 pounds each a night, you can’t camp in your own tent for that, bedding was fresh and fresh towels, basic yes but who cares for that price, staff was polite and friendly, never bother you in the slightest, we enjoyed and will go back too"
