Overlooking the Thames and St Katherine Dock

Pros: Location perfect, facilities good, lounge exceptional value.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby but we went over the bridge to Bermondsey St area which had lots of independent restaurants rather than chains.
Stayed in an Executive room with access to the club lounge. Well worth the upgrade with excellent breakfast and plenty of snacks and drinks available all day. Will definitely stay here next time we visit London.

The hotel is very cose to tower bridge

Pros: where it is situated when we meet with freinds
Location: as it is so close to tower bridge and the tower it is an ideal plce to start your tour of London
hotel very nice and frendly staff. we where a little disappointed that the room was not as big as all the times we stayed there in the past.

went there with my hubby on new year's eve to watch the fireworks from there, we had a room on the 8th floor with a very nice view on the tower bridge, the staff were very helpful and nice, and the breakfast was yummy overlooking the harbour, however the building is very old the wallpaper were scratched, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and when we wanted to order food from the 24hrs room service @ 11 pm we were told they ran out of food and only had burgers and pizza which were very bad

We had planned to have breakfast in the hotel on the 2 mornings of our stay. However, the ridiculously expensive breakfasts put us off immediately. I do not know what visitors from abroad must think about the costs. £17. odd for a cotinental breakfast only a few pence less than a 3 course lunch in the Carvery seems like profiteering and a full English breakfast dearer than both of them. Also £7.50 for a normal gin and tonic is again pure profiteering. Also our room was cold as the air conditioning was very inefficient. The position of the hotel is excellent and apart from the above very comfortable. The meal in the Carvery on Sunday was delicious although our table was booked for 12.30 as we had a train to catch and we had go into the restaurant at 12.45 to ask them to open up. I would recommend your hotel but would have to be honest about some of your pricing.

I have stayed here many times, the hotel is excellent and the location is great....especially the Katherine's Dock area behind it - amazing Indian Restuarant, Mala, right behind.

First impression,our doorman,pleasent nothing to much trouble and smiling. A little wait to cheak in but again the staff were helpfull,rooms nice and clean, cleaners also pleasent.

VERY LOW VALUE FOR MONEY! I am a business traveller and chose this hotel for its location as well as for the level it seemed to be in. They charged me the same price the Hilton in London Bridge charged for that weekend, thus I expected Hilton level of room and service. The room I received was TINY. It looked more like a youth hostel room with a single, very short bed. In fact it was so small, I couldn't put my bag anywhere without having to hop over it in order to get to the bathroom. It was very small and uncomfortable. When I complained, I was offer to upgrade for one night for 30 more pounds to a room that was reasonable which was available for only one night and then I was placed back in the small room again. when I asked to check out and go to a different hotel, I was informed that I will be charged for the whole stay even if I check out before (and they will probably sell the room to another person). I found myself stuck with that room but trying to avoid being in it the whole weekend, looking for things to do, just not to go back. That was not the idea I had in mind for that very high overcharged price. Very disappointed. I will not be going back.
