“One night”

“Good and relaxing stay before the flight”

We stayed there for one night as we had an early flight to catch. Hotel was conveniently located. The room was spacious and very comfy. Lovely restaurant and bar on a site. Breakfast was served from 6am and was great. We definitely will be staying there again.

“Good place to Stay”

The hotel is quite nice, the staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. The location is great, since the bus service to Heathrow and the underground is free. There is a really nice pub down the street where you can get meals very inexpensively, and a short walk to McDonald's. I would recommend it as a spot to stay for your visit to London. With the easy access to the tube all of London is available.

Getting around

The bus is free to Heathrow, where you can get a day pass for the underground allowing travel all day, and you can go anywhere in London. See a show, visit the Palace, museums, or any of the spots you wish to visit.

“quick stop”

I just had a long layover at Heathrow so I chose this place based on other reviews, location and price. They have Boddingtons on draught and decent bar food. Take the H54 shuttle bus from bus stand 26. A round trip ticket will cost you 8 pounds...best deal around. The only drawback is that it is the last stop on the way in so if you've had a rough day of travel, you might want to take a cab. On the way back to the airport, it is nice though as you're the last stop before the airport. They offered a "Bedroom Club" upgrade for 35 pounds which worked out well. It comes with 24 hour access to the WiFi which worked flawlessly for me all through the hotel and access to the Club Room where the drinks, desserts, late night snacks and breakfast is all included. Great view of the runway at Heathrow as well. Also included a better room with a King bed.

Area recommendations

Easy to just stay in the hotel. Otherwise, take the bus back to the airport and take the Heathrow Express train into the city.

“Would use again”

Extremely clean and near to airport. Ceilings were very low and had an old fashioned tv in an armoir which the doors only opened to 90 degree angle, limiting vision. Courteous staff at desk and was given what asked for (2 separate beds). Other hotels used in area, changed my booking to one queen even though booked months in advance. Room probably in need of refurbishment, smelled musty. Overall would use again as the woman at the desk very friendly and the cleanliness of the bed and rooms. Great to have a coffee shop attached.

Didn't travel into the city. Used as a stop-over.

“Great value on room upgrade”

This is our 2nd stay at the Renaissance Heathrow Airport (Marriott group) and we won't stay at any other hotel in the area. Club room upgrade gave us 2x English breakfasts, internet for 24 hrs, upgraded room with fluffy robes and slippers PLUS access to the club lounge which gave us complimentary buffet style snacks i.e chicken legs, potato salad, chinese style salad, desert cakes and coffee,water,white and red wine. There was no need for us to visit the hotel restaurant (Though the food is excellent there). This was all for an extra 45 GBP! outstanding deal. My car parking fee was also waved (another 10 GBP). All the staff are friendly and helpful.

“Never Again”

This hotel has inadequate elevators, and NO stairs to alleviate the wait. The inefficiency in the restaurant is unbelievable.
