Great spot in Chelsea
This is a terrific unit in Chelsea. Easy and accurate communication with the property owner, great check in/out process. Clean unit with everything two people need and a fantastic location in Chelsea, right on the River Thames. Loved it!

A perfect place
Apartment is perfect location to see London. 15 minutes walk to a local pub Mark Twain could have visited, tube station, and giant park. Double pane windows mean quiet even though you are in a city.

Great flat in a fantastic location
Exceptional views of the River Thames and Battersea Park. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jose who provided information on the apartment and area. There were roses, wine, chocolates and bowl of fresh fruit provided for an exceptional welcome. The location on the River Thames made for wonderful evening strolls and an excellent place for morning runs with Battersea Park located across the bridge. There are 2 bus stops within a short walk and Sloane Square Station is an enjoyable 10 minute walk. There is a Tesco Express about a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful quiet apartment with view of Thames
The apartment was small but well-appointed and in a wonderful location. There's a view of the Thames and Battersea Park. It was really quiet and lovely. The hosts were great to work with and really friendly and responsive. The apartment really has everything you need really. One note though: we were there during a heat wave, and like many residences in London, the unit does not have air conditioning. Most of the time, it wouldn't be an issue, but if traveling in July again, I might hedge my bets next time. Thank you, Marta and Jose, for a great stay though!

River view

Couldn't have been better
I figured the pictures of the Thames might be from a block or two away (I know you have to "sell" the location) but it's just as pictured. You look out from the living room to the Thames and can't help but feel like you're in the heart of Chelsea. But what's even better, it's nice and quiet and everything you could want is right there in the flat. If we come back to London, there's no hesitation on my part. We'll park ourselves right here once again.

Modern with Victorian Charm!
Our Chelsea flat was lovely! Carlos welcomed us with wine, flowers and chocolates and was very accommodating during our stay. The flat offers many conveniences and is very classy - modern with Victorian charm! A chance to get away from the London hubbub, but yet convenient to the Sloan Square Tube Station and only a 5 minute walk to catch a bus to Victoria Station. Nice restaurant and grocery store are within a 5-minute walk. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great flat in Chelsea
Great flat, centrally located with a view of the Thames. Ten to fifteen minute walk to Sloane Square tube stop. Very quiet building in residential area. Nice compact flat, perfect for two people. We were there for 11 nights. Marta and Jose were very responsive. Tesco Express just two blocks from the flat, perfect for quick grocery shopping.

Perfect location and like a small home for us for three weeks
The property matched the description and photos. Yes the views of the Thames and Battersea park are really there from the lounge and bedroom. Location was excellent, easy walk to Sloan Square and Kings Road. Neighbourhood was delightful and safe to walk around after dark We stayed in the middle of winter so darkness arrived early. Easy walk to many of Londons attractions. When we felt like transport we used the busses. Comfortable ride and great views of London. Used the train a little but bus view was better. Great shopping and restaurants. As Melbourne residents we are fussy about our coffee. I can name at least four places within 10 minutes walk with true espresso based quality coffees. Local pubs are quiet and family friendly. From the moment we arrived early Christmas morning we felt at home in the flat and the area

The neighborhood charm
Perfect for our type of stay which was on the go. Bed was comfortable which was important to us. Great communication with Jose and very helpful. Only suggestion is to offer up more towels. Overall got the Chelsea neighborhood feel! 15 minute walk to the tube which has good access to other connecting line.

Great location, very comfortable flat, just as advertised
I had a fairly long (6 week) stay in this gorgeous little flat right off the Chelsea Embankment. I couldn't have been more comfortable and Jose was an excellent contact!

Enjoyed our stay at this cosy little flat
The location is great, the view lovely and the flat is just as pictured/described. Jose met us at the flat upon arrival which was great, the fruit, chocolate and wine was a lovely touch. We enjoyed our stay, however the weather was very hot during our entire stay and the flat was very hot too. Jose did provide a fan - which was really all he could do! If I travel to London again in the summer I will look for a flat with air conditioning.

Unforgettable!
As they say ..... location, location, location! You can't do much better than this flat for being in close proximity to so many interesting places in London. My husband and I almost don't want to reveal what a gem this place is but if you are looking for an authentic London experience with a neighborhood feel - this is it. Pictures of flat are true to form (with exception of a little wear to living room and bedroom rugs). Everything is laid out to be efficient and luxurious and it doesn't disappoint. We visited London for 10 days and found the flat close to tube, rail, bus, cab and water taxi transport. We are walkers and the neighborhood is filled with gorgeous and historical locations. Battersea Park, or the view from the window, is stunning and probably one of the most enchanting places we have ever visited. There were a number of charming pubs and specialty stores in the Battersea area. We highly recommend The Prince Albert Pub and Bayley and Sage for top notch cheese, produce, pastries and alcohol. For everyday needs - Waitrose on High Street or Tesco on Royal Hospital Road were close and convenient. Chelsea Physics Garden, a five-minute walk, was amazing and the tour guide, memorable and knowledgeable. As an aside, our visit coincided with the Chelsea Flower Show. A block from the flat my husband snapped a photo of the Queen in her car on her way to its opening. It was a thrill and definitely a moment to remember for us! Jose, the gentleman who greeted us at the flat, was warm, professional and a pleasure to interact with. Would definitely check availability of this rental FIRST when returning to London.

Perfection!
My friend and I stayed in this charming, and perfectly appointed flat for 5 days and we could not have been more happy there. It is so close to the tube (a short 15 minute walk), and loads of shopping and restaurants on King Street. Jose met us, took our bags up in the lift, and gave us the ABC's of the flat. He was wonderful. The location is so perfect, right on the Thames. If you are in London and are looking for a perfect place, this is it.

Comfortable and central
The apartment is comfortable and central. Close to transport and restaurants. The view of the river was restful. Wi-fi was not working during our stay but that was not the fault of the owner.

Charming, perfect for my daughter and I for a week
My daughter and I had an amazing week in this absolutely beautiful, perfectly appointed apartment. It was fantastic to open up the windows and enjoy morning coffee with the Thames just right in front of us. Jose greeted us, showed us everything, and was just sweet. Location was perfect. A few blocks behind us- loads of great shops and eateries. Bus connections were extremely close, and we never waited more than five minutes to get to any part of the city. The apartment is perfect for a couple, or a couple with 1-2 smaller children. It may be a bit tight for two couples, but could work if you're really good friends! Overall, we would highly recommend the Chelsea apartment, and wouldn't hesitate to reserve again on our next visit! Thank you for your hospitality, Jose & Claudia!

Nice little place in a great neighborhood
This apartment may be relatively small, but it's well put together. Good design and amenities stocked make it a great choice for a worry-free stay in London. Great view to the park, only if it was a little bit further away from the traffic noise, would have made it ideal. All in all, we liked it and will stay again if travel take us back to London.

Exceptional property and location
This is an exceptional property. Every detail of this apartment is outstanding and the hospitality is top notch. The owners provide a bouquet of fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, a bowl of very nice fruit, a box of truffles, cereal, coffees and teas. The bathroom is also stocked with soap, shampoo and lotion. It is very comfortable and helpful to have these things provided. The apartment is small but is great for a single or a couple. The location is also great. The view from the living room is of the Thames and Battersea Park. It is within a couple of blocks of a number of bus stops. Kings Road is about 6 blocks away. Chelsea is a beautiful neighborhood that is easy and safe to walk through. The correspondence with the management team was great. They were very accommodating to our request for late check out. They also did a great job of welcoming us to the apartment and showing us how everything worked. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends. That is the highest praise we can give.

Exceptional in Every Way!
Light, bright with a pretty view of the Thames! I would buy this apartment if I could. We were supremely comfortable for the week we were here. The decor is smart and the space planning is excellent. I think it’s even nicer than portrayed in the photos. We were greeted by Jose (who was wonderful) and appreciated the fresh flowers, bottle of wine, Evian and candies. Molton Brown toiletries were in the bath. We loved the location - it was a residential neighborhood and not teeming with tourists. However it was 10 minutes from busy Kings Road and about 15 from Sloan Square. We found a wonderful gastro pub very nearby and a very reasonably priced Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I have mobility issues so for places further than 6 blocks or so, I had to use Uber. All of the fares were very reasonable - nothing was far. Would I come back here again? In a heartbeat!

Great London vacation!
My husband and I recently got back from a trip to London and Scotland. This flat was the perfect place to stay during the London part of our trip. Beautiful view of the Thames, comfortable surroundings, close to Tube Station and restaurants. And great hospitality as well, with a bottle of wine to greet us on arrival. Would definitely recommend this location and will also plan on coming back!

Fabulous stay!!
The flat at Embankment Gardens overlooking the Thames is a gem! Beautifully appointed & well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is provided & more: fresh flowers,wine, chocolates & coffee!! The Chelsea area is a beautiful neighborhood. Grocery & bus stop 1 block away. Also 2 Gordon Ramsay restaurants & a wonderful pub around the corner. Maybe 15 minute walk to Sloan Square tube stop. We found our stay to be one of the most relaxing ever.

A true gem, in so many ways
This is a phenomenal property with great attention to detail that makes all the difference. It's on the Embankment, but overall very quiet (thanks to the triple paned window in the bedroom) and lets you live a little more like a local. The flat itself is bijou but smartly thought through and designed to get in all the amenities in a small space. They really have thought of everything for our comfort and convenience. Jose, who greeted us, blends professionalism and kindness, which is a rare and wonderful trait. We'll be back.

A lovely flat
This Chelsea flat is beautifully located overlooking the Thames, and within 10 minutes walk of the King's Road and Sloane Square. The flat is ideal for a couple and is very comfortable and well equipped. It included small but important items like Nespresso pods, a range of teas, a complimentary bottle of wine, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. The flat was warm and quiet, both in terms of other residents and traffic noise. Overall it has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended and we will book it again when we're back in London.

Wonderful flat on the Thames!
We had the pleasure of renting this unique flat in Chelsea for three nights. We entertained a friend and his business colleague the first night and they were impressed with the convenience, the view and the amenities in the flat. It is very close to Sloane Square (and bus and tube service), which makes it ideal for touring the city. The flat is supplied with all necessary items for cooking and has a spacious living area for hosting - should you invite a few guests for appetizers! We highly recommend this property and also Jose, owner's representative. We certainly will look to return.

Beautiful apartment, great location.
The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean and everything was as described. Public transportation was close by and everything needed was in walking distance. The washer/ dryer was a light duty machine. The view was great, especially at night. The property management was very supportive.

A London gem!!!
A friend and I stayed for 11 days and nights in this gem of a flat. I rarely use superlatives but in this case they are entirely merited. The stay was simply wonderful. The flat is in a smashing location (quiet street with a lovely view of the river Thames and also just a few minutes walk to all the trendiness, shops, and eateries on King's Road, buses, and the Sloane Square tube stop) and is beautifully appointed (from quality appliances and wi-if to linens and toiletries and everything in-between)! We knew that there is no air-conditioning and were happy to have the fan provided per our request. Plus, the fresh flowers, fruit, wine, and chocolates made for a very special welcome. As did Diana and Jose's attentive responsiveness at all times. Thank you so much. We would love to return and will also let friends know of this delightful London gem.

Had Everything we Needed
The Chelsea flat was perfect for my son and me during our week long Londin visit. The amenities were lovely and Jose went above and beyond to orient us and he even coordinated our car back to Heathrow. Sloane Square was the perfect place to hang out and explore--with many shops and restaurants -- we even stumbled on the Saturday market, which I highly recommend, or to use as jumping off place for greater London. When tired, a taxi from Tube stop was welcomed and convenient.

Charming and Lovely!
The Flat was quite lovely. Small and compact but with an updated charm that welcomed you at the end of each day. Jose was friendly, informative, and quite helpful in answering questions of not only the Flat, but of our surroundings. Jose even provided us suggested transportation back to Heathrow on our last day. The amenities were stellar! From the soaps provided to the cooking range, the beautiful drapery and decor! Of course visiting your wonderful city for only three days kept us on the go....but if inclement weather had kept us indoors...we could have been quite happy viewing the River Thames! Thank you! I most certainly would recommend your accommodation to family and friends with the understanding that the Underground is a 15 minute walk.
