Disliked: Cleanliness
My recent stay at Colliers Hotel left much to be desired. Despite high expectations, several issues significantly detracted from the overall experience.
Firstly, the condition of the pillows was appalling. They were visibly stained and unhygienic, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
Additionally, cleanliness was lacking throughout the room. Dirt and grime were evident on the corner of the window frame, indicating subpar housekeeping standards.
Furthermore, the promised WiFi service was abysmal. The connection was consistently poor, with frequent interruptions and instances of no internet access at all. Despite raising the issue with the reception, there was no improvement throughout my stay.
Overall, my experience at this hotel fell far short of expectations. The lack of attention to cleanliness and the inadequate WiFi service were major disappointments. I hope that the hotel management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements for future guests.
