Property Amenities
Rooms
In contrast to the Edwardian style of the lobby, the 203 guestrooms are more modernly furnished with brushed-brass wall lamps, oversized teak headboards, and carpeted wall coverings. At Club Quarters, London, hardback books sit atop curved teak-veneer desks, and roaming-handset phones rest on bedside chests of drawers. Guests enjoy flat-panel TVs with digital service, and complimentary wireless Internet access.
Room Amenities
Dining
The Gaucho Grill - Popular with local businesspeople, this lively Argentine-styled restaurant can seat up to 100, and is packed to capacity when lunchtime diners flock to sample the Latin American cuisine and extensive wine list. The interior mixes cowhide-covered banquettes with bar-stool seating as well as more formal dining tables and chairs. Dim lighting throughout, including sepia-colored candles in rustic wooden holders at every table. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner during weekdays, and limited hours over the weekend.
Crosse Keyes Public House - Adjoining the hotel, this vast and traditional pub fills space once occupied by the original building's lobby. Beneath leaded glass domes, an oval, polished-wood bar serves draught beers, a full range of spirits, and a selection of international wines, available by the bottle or by the glass. The informal menu features light, international dishes. Open throughout the day until late evening. Hotel guests may use their own private entrance.

“Good location!”
Good location if you want to see a fair few of London top attractions. Our room was a standard room and even if it had most of what we were expecting for a four star hotel(no dressing-gowns though) we felt that the plastic sheet protecting the mattress made for a rather uncomfortable sleep.
“An excellent hotel.”
Clean, great location. I will definitely go back.
“Club Quarters Grace Church. Front desk extremely poor service”
the front desk staff very unhelpful. Apeared to not enjoy their work. overall impolite. the room was small but clean. Internet service was good. A rather poor beginning to london. changed hotels.
“The best hotel I've ever stayed in.”
Myself and my boyfriend stayed here or one night and couldn't have been more impressed. The ease of the check in service was a highlight of the experience. Would definitely come back again if we were to return to the area again and would definitely look for hotel in this chain in any area I would plan to visit.
“Hotel staff not great”
This hotel was ok, good price but service poor as staff unhelpful and rude, plus the hotel restaurant (Gaucho Grill) we were so looking to eating at on the evening of our stay as it was a birthday celebration was closed!! Certainly did not feel like 4* service
“A Gem”
I really like this hotel. It's next to Leaden hall market and near to the Gerkin. Good transport links. Local shops e.g. M&S are closed Sat and Sun due to this being in the heart of the city, but the advantage is that is nice and quiet. Will definatey book here again.
“Good value - nice room in Tower Bridge Area - Good for business travelers”
The location of this hotel is good for business travelers if you are going to be in the tower bridge areaa. I have traveled to this area for many years and wish I had found this hotel sooner! It is a really good value and the rooms are nice, clean and good sized for London. If you are traveling to london for sight seeing, this location is not the best. It is less than a mile walk to Tower Bridge, but Westminster and the other grand sites of London are across town. It is easy to take the underground to get around, but there are better areas such as Hyde Park Ramada to stay for pleasure. Overall, it is a great hotel, great value that is a hidden gem in the business district.
“weekend break”
Single room was huge. The pub next door was excellent BUT it was not open Saturday evening, nor was the pub over the road, because the City 'shuts down'. Loads of other entertainment across the river.
“Impressed”
Me and my two colleague from work we were in London for two days. We choose the hotel based on the comments on Expedia...and it was worth it! Great hotel...confortable and modern. Great bed, nice bathroom. Quick check-in and check-out even quicker. But the location is great. Close to everything! I'll recommend Club Quarters for everyone!!!
“not impressed”
i would not stay here if you paid me. it was advertised as secret hotel, well you can keep it. it was not a hotel, simply an upmarket youth hostel for sleeping in. no restaurant, no water in the fridge, tap outside the lift which was a trek. nothing to do in the area as all closed down, only open monday to friday. not at all what we wanted - a romantic weekend break - had to take taxi to west end to eat!
