The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain but there was a plunger there so we were able to fix it with little problem. "My wife, 9yr old daughter, and I stayed here for two nights in mid-Feb and it was PERFECT! Super clean, exactly as described, with plenty of space for all three of us. Our daughter slept on the pull-out sofa and we cooked all our meals in the kitchen, sharing a fun few days together. We skied each day at Loon and this studio was exactly what we needed for the stay. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel.
