"Communication with Marcus was easy and effective. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the chalet! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the surroundings and the cozy ambiance of the chalet itself. "The chalet was beautiful and quite clean. BUT, I was very disappointed to see we were nowhere near the lake that was in the pictures! Also the fact that there were no outdoor chairs to sit on was kind of odd to us all and made it a little inconvenient. The outdoor patio near the jacuzzi was scattered with broken glass. But all in all a nice place to stay."
