"Beautiful location, great restaurants close to apartment. Very clean and close to the waterfront park. We truly enjoyed our time here. Bonus, the safe was stuck with our passports and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to rescue us. Best communication and went above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend. "

"Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected."

"The owner spent the time with us with lots of recommendations for the area. His food recommendation was amazing. Panigacceria was terrific. The room was very clean and the A/C worked great. Could hear noice from the adjacent units but to be expected in an old building. As a heritage building it is beautifully maintained "

"The overall stay better than I expected. Only problem was the door jam was damaged and we had trouble contacting the owner. The room was facing the Main Street with a small balcony great for coffee in the morning (needs one more chair) the room was clean the shower was great the bed was very comfortable with the window closed you can’t hear anything from the street would definitely book again "

"The apartment was very hot and there was no AC. It was a ling walk from the historic center and the restaurants. The price was reasonable, but I’d choose something else if you are looking for comfort and ease of access to the downtown. "

"It is conveniently located by cafes and a less than a 10 minute walk to the trains. The host was very helpful about tourist attractions. Tea, coffee, and croissants were in the room waiting for us. The place can be a bit difficult to find since it is on the 2nd floor of a building with apartments. We found it by seeing the small sign on the building as we walked past. "

"Admittedly we booked this room in tbe afternoon, but it said check in was until 8 p.m. We got to the address indicated at around 6 p.m. but could not find a buzzer. Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. This included having to take and send photos of passports, and paying the local tax using an online platform. After doing that, we were then informed that the room was 500 metres away. When we got there, again there was no buzzer...

"Do not recommend this property! While the room itself was fine, there were no staff to be seen at all (definitely not 24/7 front desk as advertised) and we were overcharged during the check-in process. The online check-in required card details to pay for the city tax, before we were given access codes to the property. Instead of processing only the €5 city tax, this property charged €5 the full accommodation cost, which had already been paid via Expedia. They are double dipping! Attempts to...

"Bra läge med närhet till tågstation och centrala delarna. Väldigt bra kylande ac och fräscht rum! Däremot väldigt lyhört mellan rum och mot gatan, mycket ljud in vilket störde sömnen! Lite otryggt område med mycket missbrukare som hängde utanför. Överlag ok man man bara ska sova någon/några nätter."

"The place was really nice, clean shower and toilet. Very good value for money, the bed was a bit small for us 2 but we knew it beforehand. Convenient if you want to be close to the train, a bit far from the boat, completely recommended!!"

"This was a beautiful place to stay. Because it is attached to a property, it is less expensive than the main house. 20 minute walk to the train, but needed a taxi with luggage because it is up at very big hill. The woman who manages the house, lovely and accommodating. Remember to bring a bottle of wine and a snack to sit out on the deck at night and enjoy. "

"This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. Mariella was great at communicating through WhatsApp and met us and lead us all the way to the cottage- which is necessary because google maps won’t get...

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"
