"This is a Stylish, clean and well appointed apartment, accessed by a small lift and with lovely small balcony. Bedrooms are small ( ie beds fill rooms and not the most comfortable in our opinion) but ok for sleeping; there is a good modern, compact shower room, well appointed kitchen areas, comfortable lounge area and great blinds at the front of apartment. It is a short walk for a able bodied persons to main areas and train stations. Lille is an attractive and compact city plenty to see and do...

"Hi if I could have Zero star I would certainly give you that for my recent stay , my stay was shorten because this was the only option given to me , in other words I was forced to leave the property and what I got in return was peanuts , you have charge more then 50% for issues which you could have checked it before we were going in , that apartment has not been deep cleaned for long time , whoever is the cleaning company they should be accountable for it and your lack of management, you guys...

"La location était très sale, le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Il manquait une cafetière et il y avait des dégradations. Un dossier de réclamation est en cours avec photos de ma part. Je suis stupéfaite qu’un logement dans un tel état puisse être loué. Qui est responsable ? La propriétaire s’est excusée. Je ne ferai plus appel à Abritel, si je n’ai pas de suite, Olga Bonnet"

"Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing.
