"The property sits in a leafy spot of Samos with breathtaking views of the sea and Turkish headlands. The villas are well appointed with very good maintenance standards. Breakfast can be had at the other hotel located downwards next to the sea and the private beach (excellent for a first swimming of the day): a outdoor breakfast room with a “Saint Jean Cap Ferrat “ French Riviera feeling. "Location was very nice. Finding it on google maps was a little challenging but we asked a neighbour and he showed us the door. Car needs to be parked nearby. Place was very clean, host was very nice. Breakfast was not included but host gave us a welcoming cake when we arrived. Only problem that we've had was the view and noise. There is a huge construction at the port (it is being rebuilt) and nowhere this was mentioned. Heavy construction is going on there right in front of you and work...

"A couple of issues: (1) No soap. The only place I’ve ever stayed in my life where that happened (2) AC blows directly on the bed and it’s freezing. (3) it’s the furthest west accommodation near the beach from restaurants. Just some things to be aware of. Otherwise it was clean and affordable and the owner was friendly."
