But I have to agree with a previous review... we were not told in advance that we would have an additional charge at the conclusion of our stay for electricity usage. "Overall it was alright. Visible cracks in the walls in our villa but it was quite comfortable. Not walkable or close to anything as it’s up a very steep hill that the local taxi drivers are hesitant to drive up. As of mid September 2022 it cost 500baht each way out into town and back, which is very expensive for Thailand. Could not book rideshare (grab) anywhere on the island and was essentially stuck in the house on the first night when it was raining. Ended up renting motorcycles and parking...

"The apartment is spacious and well equipped with a personal touch. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have good storeage place. The balcony is ovelooking the pool area and a lovely garden. the apartment was very clean. we paid a resonable price for cleaning and changing of sheeds and towels during our stay. we spent 30 days at the apartment and would recommend it for rental. The closest beach is not the best and for moving around you will need to rent transportation."
