"Enjoyed the weekend at Wauchope Cottage. Perfect location to explore the coast and Galloway forest area of SW Scotland. House is super clean and much more room than we expected. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved walking around. It would be nice if there was an opportunity to visit the castle to see the inside. This is a fairly remote property, so be prepared to drive to anything you need. But so quiet and peaceful."

"This house was chosen for its location to my daughter’s flat just around the corner. It was an ideal base for us to support her in the week up to her wedding day at Glasgow University. The Parking permit gave us peace of mind to leave the car nearby and not worry about meters. The flat was comfortable, warm and easy to live in. Everything was there that we needed.
