"Very nice hotel close to all main visiting sites."
Very good gym and massage service, very good choice of food at the restaurant and great breakfast.
For those wanting adventure the hotel will organise paragliding and river rafting plus trips of your choice. Very helpful staff and manager. Hope to be back in the near future.
We had an excellent time here. The staff are great. There is air conditioning that works very well and isn't noisy, water is nice and hot and shower has plenty of pressure. It felt like a place of relaxation outside of the busy city. Also because of regular power outages, this hotel also has a back up generator so you still have light.
They kept or bags for us while we were away for two weeks on our trek.
Beds were comfortable. Our king bed were two doubles pushed together but it was done nicely.
Always bargain. Any price an hotel manager, a website or a travel agency gives you for an activity or a tour will cost you at least half if you book it yourself directly. For example if booked from the hotel, paragliding would have cost 120$. We booked directly from the company for 55$
I was welcomed with a refreshing glass of chilled tea on a hot, sultry day. The service was consistently friendly yet professional - helpful with everything I needed on arrival in Nepal. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Elegant Tibetan style decor. Good bathroom and toiletries. Hot water and electricity all day and night despite the blackouts. I dined in for breakfast and dinner - very happy with the food. As good as five star.
Kathmandu as many travelers know is not the cleanest or quietest city. The dwarika though is an oasis in the midst of the grime.
Top notch service, comfortable beds and an aesthetic all it's own. It was just what I needed after 3 weeks of trekking. I would really suggest the upgrade to one of their suites.
Incredible Newari architecture and wood carvings. Room 104 was courtyard-facing and everything in fine working order. Mineral water always available in the brass jugs. Wifi connection excellent wherever you are on hotel grounds. Best part about hotel was the restaurant--super inspired to recreate their shikarni, as well as the fried potatoes and wild boar. Totally recommend. Staff was also quite wonderful and accommodating.

Close to garden of dreams. Best hot shower with good pressure that I have had in Thamel. Exceptionally clean. Good air con and tv. Free airport pick up late at night. Family run and shok lama on desk all night so very safe. Highly recommended.
