Awful stay! It was hard to find a location, and when we found another hotel from the same chain the guy dint have a clue where our hotel was. Tried calling multiple times - noone picked up the phone. Lady at the reception didnt even speak proper English, and just tried to smile back when i asked why they didnt answer the phone.
When we finally found it and checked in, next day at 2 am we had a power failure in the room and when the a hotel staff came to check he offered us to stay in the same room with NO AS until morning - what a 'great' idea! With the fuss - we changed the room, and we were asked to move back the next day!, which i obviously refused. Be aware - staff is unprofessional and unwilling to compensate for such extreme inconvenience, we were 'granted' a breakfast which i had to put in there mouth. Although the rooms are nicely designed, internet is horrible all over, there was water in the bathroom floor constantly and pillows are made of 'rubber', so hard, making it impossible to have a good night sleep. We woke up all broken up - so forget a vacation rest at this property. Views of construction added a separate sadness for a ' never come back here' feeling.
Please stay away and dont be fooled by nice pictures on a website.

We stayed 2 nights in a beachfront pool villa and the experience was 5 star from the moment we checked in to the moment we left.The villas are incredible,tastefully decorated and luxurious,the view is amazing and the sunsets are unforgettable.We will definitely be back to The Shore.
The swimming pool here was a highlight. The garden is made to look like an exotic escape, and makes you feel like you're in one. Overall our experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and service great. However, I would like to clear up something that was misleading to us. All the photos we saw while booking, were of the villas- which are exceptional- but more expensive. We had a regular room, which was very nice and clean, but tight. But we were satisfied.
