"A lovely house in the Istrian countryside. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and within easy reach of beaches and beautiful towns. The house is very well kept and organised with plenty of room. The pool and outdoor space is lovely and very private. Massimo is very friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend!"

"Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an Reibungslos. Es wurde immer schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Uns wurde auch vorab der genaue Standort mitgeteilt. Trotzdem haben wir es nicht gleich gefunden. Es liegt etwas abgelegen, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr freundlich mit einer kleinen Leckerei empfangen. In der direkten Umgebung sind noch zwei Häuser. In Trget selber, 5 Autominuten entfernt, kann man in einem Mini-Supermarkt Kleinigkeiten wie Milch,...

"The villa was presented spotlessly clean, and everything has been thought of to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. Even the excellent BBQ has been positioned with thought, so you are in the shade if cooking from...

"Eda could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Her attention to detail and facilities are second to none. The setting is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal base for cycling or walking and not too far from all of the amazing sights, history and culture that Istria has to offer. A car is essential and drivers that are not fazed by the unmade road to the villa! We had a truly wonderful honeymoon and will be returning next year for our first anniversary to explore this...

"Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist groß und sauber. Es ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man für den Alltag benötigt. Der Pool ist eine tolle abkühlung. Im Umkreis gibt es kaum Lärm belästigung. Den ganzen Tag, ganz in Ruhe am Pool liegen war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und werden bestimmt dort nochmal Urlaub machen."

"This home is a great get away for your young family. There are plenty of activities in the house to keep the children happy and a very relaxing atmosphere for the adults. The house had everything we needed. The location was optimal for exploring Isteria and located near a small village with a market and a few local restaurants. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße, weshalb man auch etwas lauter sein konnte. Der Strand und weitere Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Durch die Lage in einem kleinen Weiler und den direkt ans Grundstück grenzenden Wald und Wiese ist es sehr ruhig, keinerlei Straßenlärm, man schaut ins Grüne, und man hat im Garten seine Privatsphäre; dort findet man auch einen gut eingerichteten überdachten Außenbereich - den wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Winter) natürlich nur begrenzt nutzen konnten. "A well appointed villa situated in a small village convenient for beaches, visiting local towns and nearby restaurants. Easily accessible from airport. Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Excellent welcome hamper - best we’ve ever had. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Highlights of our stay visiting Pula,Porec,Labin, Pazin and two boat trips (one very local from Krnica was excellent). Several interesting local beaches within 5-10 minute drive which would definitely recommend,...

"Peaceful and beautiful part of Istria which we were new to. We took several trips both inland and on the coast, spoilt for choice with easy to reach wonderful destinations. The house was charming and characterful, very easy to relax in and the pool was great to cool off and fun for the kids. Branimir was a friendly and helpful host.
