Most of nightlife in immediate vicinity was 21 and up but walking distance to restaurants with great jazz music that the teens enjoyed (Maison). Enjoyed the late night eats at Liberation taco around the corner. Would stay here again."

Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed."

The Canal St Trolley stops nearly in front of the apartment regularly although you can't count on it being on its schedule if there is a large event going on downtown. Off-street parking is tight but available. Great communication with the owner. Very responsive."
