The parking spots in the detached parking garage are very narrow. Difficult parking a compact SUV. Also, the rate to use the garage is $30 per day, which I believe was overpriced for the tight spacing.

Where do I start. We stayed here for the Luke Combs concert. We checked in and discovered upon entering the room that the A/C wasn’t working. After calling the front desk and talking to the people who stayed in our room the night before we discovered the A/C had been broken then, and they still put us in that room. It was 80 degrees in there at 4 pm. They finally came and “fixed it” after 8 pm. We went down to the tavern for dinner - just don’t. The service was AWFUL. Nonexistent awful. Good luck getting an elevator. Checking out we had to wait for 3 elevators. 45 minute wait to get coffee in the morning. Don’t even get me started on the parking situation. We waited 45 minutes to get out of the parking garage. From check in to leaving the parking garage, the service was nonexistent. The manager did comp part of our stay but you literally could not pay me to stay here again.

We like the view overlooking St. John’s River. It was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The only negative thing was the parking price of $29 overnight. It was very expensive to park at tue parking garage.
