"A little confusion about check-in time in the beginning, but the hotel very kindly sorted that out. The apartment was clean. We could leave the key at reception for the room to be cleaned during our stay also. Air conditioning was very good. The staff were always available and extremely helpful. Arranged airport transfer at a very reasonable price also. Thankyou very much."

"Initially at our arrival, the rooms offered were in a 4th floor with no elevators, the escalators were very uncomfortable. Then we were moved to a room on a 3rd floor that was awful too. Finally, the offered us a room on a 2nd floor in a terrible conditions and they charged us $100.00 extra"
