"It’s the middle of summer and no fan is provided. I asked and they never responded. They saw my message on WA but chose to ignore me. Then when I called because their lock box was broken they answered the phone straight away. This property is LOUD. Friday night people walking by talking loudly and the adjacent busy road is also very loud. The stairs are STEEP. Not great for young children but we made it work. "The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...
