The room was just fine, new fixtures, clean & comfortable & staff was all good. The 2 negative issues on our 2 night stay is the pool was closed, some electrical issue. Also lots of deep road work going on right in front which made traffic and access & noise problems and lots of slippery mud in parking areas.

Worse experience ever…staff is disrespectful, they don’t even say good morning, cleaning staff cursed out in front of me ,complaining about cleaning rooms, breakfast is a joke ,DONT STAY THERE, ITS SO BAD AND ITS NOT A HOTEL ITS A 1 star MOTEL

Nice pool and dock and chairs looking out to sea. Quiet and peaceful. Convenient to plenty of restaurants and stores. Rooms had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We were all set! Thank you!!!

We liked the location of the property. We were right on the water and the hotel offered kayaks to use. We enjoyed exploring the mangroves. They had bicycles to borrow and ride on the convenient bike path in front of the hotel. It was close to Theater by the Sea and restaurants. We walked to Hog Heaven for dinner and enjoyed the live music. The room was large and clean. There was some construction going on next door but not a problem for us. We would return.

The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. It is a nice place if you have a boat or jetskis to launch. The place is safe. It is also dog friendly which a is a plus. I will be coming back.

The hotel lacks infrastructure in the amenities as well as in the rooms. There is no option to have shade anywhere, the chairs on the beach are scarce. On the other hand, there is no elevator so carrying luggage up the stairs is quite uncomfortable. On July 4th the person in charge of the lobby ruined our day, she was hostile, rude and worked with displeasure. The rooms could improve, we arrived with a reservation of 4 people and there were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and we had to go several times to the lobby because no one brings them to the room, also the shower had super low water pressure. To finish the grab and go breakfast there is nothing more than some black brown bread, bad, very bad

Very relaxing except for the outdoor music playing constantly at the beach area. Same music, songs, beat over and over and over again. The sounds of the birds and water are enough. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice as well as additional paddle boards and kayaks.
