"We had a lovely stay in this rustic Cape Breton cottage! The building itself is quite old, and shows its character. It was good for three people, but would be tight for a family or larger group. There's no direct beach access, but it's a 2 minute drive away (or less), and the water was beautiful. Note that any major shopping or necessities will have to be gotten in Sydney, about half an hour away, so plan for that. "The 3 bedroom cottage was perfect for our stay. We loved that we could check in by ourself with the lock box. The big screen TV had Sports Net on it, which was perfect as we watched NHL playoffs every night. The host, Val, responded to any questions quickly. The cottage was amazing, we loved the location, the view was beautiful! We would stay here again if we are back in the area, we were extremely satisfied. Location was 17 minutes to get us to the arena in Membertou. Perfect perfect perfect!"
