The large kitchen dining area was a fabulous feature, so was the lounge. The garden was also fabulous although the weather wasn't kind to us so we couldn't use it as much as we hoped. Also, be aware the garden isn't really dog-proof since the front gate is just a standard 5-bar wooden gate...
