"Great check in. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable with good tea and coffee in the room. Free parking. There was also 3 electric car charging points on the car park. The breakfast was also good. I’m a lovely location by the river but only a short walk to the city centre and the races. Would definitely stay again."

The breakfast was lovely, with the buffet option included, with plenty of options and extra bits like Chia seeds and apricots for the cereals and beautiful pastries included too. The staff in particular Chloe and Aleesha really made our stay worthwhile. We have already booked to come again. "

"One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. "Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay,...

"Clean affordable property 15-20 mins from the city centre of Liverpool. Rooms are compact but have everything you could need for a weekend stay. Communication was great and easy check in. Only complaint would be the bed is on the small side. "
