"We loved our stay at Palmers Lodge in our ensuite bunk bed room. The building is amazing, the staff were friendly, our bunk beds were super comfortable, our belongings were safe in our room, we were close to the tube. Towels and sheets and tea/coffee makings were provided.The bar/restaurant downstairs was super handy , the lounge areas were pleasant and comfortable. We were able to store our luggage after checking out for a small fee."

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. "Overall, this was good value for the price and the hostel is in a great location - close to the tube and there is a grocery store and multiple restaurants down the street. My one complaint was that when I took a shower, the drain was clogged and I was immediately standing in 4 inches of dirty water. Future guests should note the following: - The all-female dorm is two floors above the all-female bathroom. All other bathrooms are any gender. - There are no privacy curtains on the bunks - Dorms...

"Like many other reviewers, I have to complain about the metal drawers at the bottom of the bunk beds. I thought I'd be ok with it because I usually wear earplugs. But those noises are unavoidable unless you put on shooting ear mufflers. I constantly woke up at night due to that noise and wasn't able to sleep well during my 3 day stay there. Although they offered the cheapest price for a great location, I would have picked a different place where I can at least sleep through the night."

"This was my second stay at The Lincoln Suites. It's very conveniently located, a short walk from West End theaters, the Holburn tube station and the Alwydch bus stops. In the evening, it's very quiet and there's very little foot traffic. There is a 24 hour front desk. Check-in was very quick. The apartment was spotless, well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. I had an issue with the towel warmer and it was promptly taken care of.
