"Stayed in a small room which was totally adequate for one night. Bathroom looked newly refurbished. You can leave your bags and cases with reception until check in time. Great stay, would recommend. "

"Excellent service, quick and speedy check in. Staff friendly and chatty. Well located - less than 5 min walk from the station and less than 10 to St James’ Park. Lots of food options nearby. Quayside walk was lovely and easy to get to. Little bit of noise at night from street below, but beds were so comfy we were out like a light! The tap made a strange noise when running the hot water but nothing that dampened the stay. Would happily come back! "
