Very nice and big property, and pretty good condition. Kids friendly. I would rate this as: Property 10/10, entertainment 10/10. condition 8.5/10. Clean 8/10. Bar drinks 3/10. Food 3/10 (except two restaurants steakhouse 6/10 and Japanese 5/10.) Coffee shop 7/10.

We found cockroaches in our room, the workers apologized but offered nothing. Not even a room change. When we got to the resort we were told that we would be receiving a welcome package. The welcome package only came if you sat with a guy who was trying to sell the “privilege” package to you. This salesman literally followed us around the resort for 2 days, and was pissed off when we refused to sit with him for the hour he needed to qualify his time. The bowling alley wasn’t working and they didn’t have much for the kids to do. The beach was beautiful, but the vendors were pushy and made us feel unsafe. For the size of the property they didn’t have enough umbrellas on the beach to protect from the sun, and provided minimal assistance in locating and moving beach chairs. Our last night there we sat outside for dinner at the Italian restaurant and got bitten by mosquitoes so bad that my daughter was crying and we had to leave. The restaurants were poorly run in general. Overall would not have recommended this hotel, especially to those with kids.
