"Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. "I was upgraded to a castle view room upon my arrival which was really nice. Reception staff were very friendly and allowed me an early check in as my room was ready. The beds were comfy and breakfast was very good. The only thing was that there was a bit of toothpaste not cleaned off the sink (it was behind the taps so I could see how it could be missed) and a shower cap was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. "
