Peter who welcomed me at the car park, Becky & Theo at reception who settled me in to the lovely Hollyhock room in the main house. In dining Sarah in the lounge, Caoimhe in the dining room, Edith at breakfast - and all the staff whose names I sadly can't remember made me feel welcome as a solo diner and left no need unmet - even needs I didn't realize I had! The glorious menu (best breakfast ever), the tasting at dinner. Sigh. So glad I took photos to make sure it wasn't just some fabulous dream. "
